Michael O'Hara focuses on fine art and commercial portraiture.  He's been photographing people and places for over 15 years.  His process involves meeting people, learning their stories and developing a story about them in his head.  He  likes to learn about his subjects hopes, dreams and fears, which are then intertwined with his internal dialog in order to create a fictional character and setting.

Michael is always looking for subjects that are interesting, willing to sit in front of his lens and act out the story woven together.  Some of Michael's work consists of single portraits while  other subjects are featured in longer term projects consisting of longer story lines consisting of multiple vignettes.
